What You Will Learn:

Mentees will also learn about different types of real estate investments that can generate cash flow, such as rental properties, Airbnb rentals, and more. They will also learn about strategies for managing expenses, maximizing income, and minimizing risk to ensure a positive cash flow.
How to find and buy land
Mentees will learn about the process of developing land, including steps such as obtaining permits, working with contractors and other professionals, and managing budgets and timelines. Through a combination of expert guidance and hands-on learning opportunities, mentees will gain the knowledge and skills they need to successfully find and develop land for their real estate investments
Building Network
